Learning goals /instructional objectives

• Are they specific and observable?
• Are they aligned with the curriculum?
• Are both content and technology goals included?

Instruction (teaching strategies)

• Does the lesson plan require students to use higher-order thinking skills?
• Are the learning activities student-centered?
• Would this lesson be possible without the use of technology?
• Are the teaching methods, choice of software, and activities age appropriate?
• Are there accommodation strategies that will make the lesson appropriate for a wide range of learners?

Assessment

• Is the assessment well aligned to the objectives?
• Is it authentic?
• Are both content and use of technology assessed?
• Can the performance task be used to assess student learning?
